The General Conference SunPlus Support Team along with the Division SunPlus Support teams are pleased to offer the following Support options:
1. Continuation of "Conventional" Links

We will continue the e-mail/chat/phone links that have previously been established

Utilization of Various Remote Support Tools

Terminal Services / Remote Desktop

2. Web-link - SunPlus SysAid

This web-based support software will help categorize and manage support e-mails
- The software will automatically escalate requests, if needed

Subscribers will also be able to log-in and get
- Real-time Service Requests and Status Updates
- View Past Service Requests in one place
- Access the "Self-Service" FAQ Database

All Conventional Links still will be available, but will be coordinated through SysAid.
3. Direct Internet Link to SunPlus Super-Users

This support connection is meant for sites that want a very direct connection to SunPlus Support

Super User(s) will be determined at every site by the Division or Union. All SunPlus Support will be channelled through them

A small client software will be installed on the Super-User computer(s). This has the following benefits:

4. On-Site Visits at the request of Division SunPlus Coordinators
